Mean mom

The mom of the 3 bassets has been very mean to them over the last few days.  She has been making them wait for their treats rather than just giving them the treats.  What she does is set the treats down on the floor right in front of the 3 bassets, and then she will not let them near the treats.  If a basset comes near the treat, she will nudge their head away.  So the 3 bassets have to just sit there watching the treats rather than eat them.  One of the 3 bassets is a very big drooler, so he will drool up a storm as he watches the treats.  The other two will just wait looking sad.  Finally their mom will give them a look that says, you can now have your treat, and the 3 bassets will move forward to take their treats.  Boy is it hard to be a basset!
